A few weeks ago I went to my Beginning Reformer class with a knotted right side of my neck and a limited range of motion. As usual Dawn asked, "How are you feeling?" I touched a point on my neck and winced in pain. Throughout the session Dawn wove in movements to stretch my neck and total body gradually. By the end of class my "wince factor" dropped from nine to one.
